习近平总书记十分重视加强党校的建设,一直强调党校承担着特殊的使命,既能为加强党员干部的业务能力提供支持,也能为强化党员的思想政治提供支持。所以加强党的建设,党校起着十分重要的作用。现在的社会处于转型时期,人们的价值多元化。党校教师作为党校发展的重要力量,其承担着具体的教育教学任务,所以其思想道德建设工作十分重要。只有建设一支业务能力强、党性素质高的党校教师队伍才能从根本上促进党的教育工作。
General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to strengthening the building of the party school.
