党校是一个比较特殊的机构,承担着教育党员的重任,其地位历来受到重视。教师作为到校的一个重要组成部分,也是实施教育的主体,所以党校教师的思想政治状况决定了到校的发展以及教育的质量。所以说党校教师的思想政治教育工作必须得到应有的重视。思想政治教育是中国精神文明建设的重要内容,也是加强党执政能力建设的一个重要方面,在党的事业中占有及其重要的地位。当前党和国家十分重视加强党员干部的思想政治教育工作,所以党校的任务越来越艰巨,所以说党校的建设必须加强,特别是党校教师的思想政治教育工作。
