宝钢2030冷轧新增电镀锌工程设在原有厂房内,在不影响其他生产线正常生产、厂房柱基稳固及上部50 t行车正常运行的情况下,进行265 m机组线设备基础平均-6.30 m的深基坑支护开挖。通过对施工现场地质、环境的了解及工程特点、难点的分析,使用多种基坑支护工艺进行施工优化,满足工程基坑支护技术要求。
Baosteel 2030 new galvanizing project for cold rolling is located in the original plant. Without affecting the normal production of other production lines, the stable pillar base of the plant and the normal operation of the upper 50 t driving vehicle, the basis of 265 m unit line equipment is averagely -6.30 m Deep excavation support excavation.
