本地电话网是指同一长途区号所辖的地区电话通信网络,其覆盖范围一般包括一个城市及其周边地区。随着本地网结构的日趋复杂及业务量的迅猛增长,传统的以人工、经验为主的分散式网络管理已不能满足现代通信网络管理与发展的要求。文中阐述了在遵循电信管理网思想和原则下开发的本地电话网网络管理系统。
Local telephone network refers to the same long distance area code under the jurisdiction of the regional telephone communications network, its coverage generally includes a city and its surrounding areas. With the increasingly complex local network structure and the rapid growth of business volume, the traditional decentralized network management based on manpower and experience can no longer meet the requirements of modern communication network management and development. This article elaborates the local telephone network management system developed under the tenets and principles of telecom management network.
