边搜索边跟踪通常采用卡尔曼滤波或简单的α—β滤波,近年来,R.J.Evans 和 F.Barker 等提出了一种叫做 OCCAM 滤波的新方法[1],[2],这一名称是根据十三世纪的哲学家 William of OCCAM 的名字而得到的。这位哲学家提出了这样的一种看法:对客观事物来讲,一个好的解释必须跟事实一致,简单明了,而且所需要的假设条件要尽可能少。OCCAM 滤波就是基于这样一种基本看法而得到的新算法。本文对这种算法作一些简单的介绍,并且尽可能地纠正[1]、[2]中一些公式的错误。
In recent years, RJEvans and F. Barker proposed a new method called OCCAM filtering [1], [2], the name is based on the search of edge tracking based on Kalman filter or simple α-β filter The name of the 13th century philosopher William of OCCAM. The philosopher put forward the view that in the case of objective things, a good explanation must be consistent with the facts, simple and straightforward, and require as little assumptions as possible. OCCAM filtering is based on such a basic idea of the new algorithm. This article gives a brief introduction to this algorithm and tries to correct as many errors as possible in some formulas in [1] and [2].
