全 国总工会职工技术协会为了实现“九五”期间的奋 斗目标,今年起将在全国范围内实施“一、十、百、千、万技协工程”。即:组织每位技协会员参加一项技术攻关或发明创造活动;在全国技术工人中评选“十大杰出能工巧匠”;重点帮扶一百家亏损企业走出困境;组织攻克一干项重大生产技术难题;为老、少、边、穷地区培训一万名技术骨干。 全国职工技协还将重点抓好国有大中型企业中的技协工作,组织技协会员,针对国有企业“三改一加强”
In order to realize the goals of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, the National Federation of Trade Unions and Staff Technical Association will implement “one, ten, one hundred, one thousand, and ten thousand technical association projects” nationwide this year.
