今年是社会主义新农村建设的开局之年,为帮助广大选派干部按照“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的要求,找准切入点,切实做好新农村建设开局起步工作,我们从不同侧面选择了选派干部谋划实施新农村建设10例,供各地和广大选派干部学习、借鉴。
