我校是一所普通高中。近年来,我校高一新生中考入学成绩普遍很低。针对这种情况,我们结合学校实际进行了一些教改尝试,取得了一定效果。一、转变观念,重新定位(一)领导转变观念,调整培养目标。面对学苗现状,学校领导班子经过多次研究,决定不再把考入“一本”作为主要目标,而是争取多考一些“二本”院校,“三本”上线率不断提高,专科率争取百分之百。各学科高考成绩重点看提高幅度。(二)教师转变观念,实现有效教学。我们组
