目的:检测巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(M-CSFR)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达,探讨M-CSFR在EMs发病机制中的作用。方法:收集实验组(经腹腔镜手术且术后病理确诊为EMs)异位内膜标本30例、在位内膜标本15例;同时收集非内异症患者子宫内膜标本15例作为对照组,采用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测上述标本中M-CSFR mRNA含量,探讨M-CSFR在EMs发病机制中的作用。结果:EMs患者异位内膜、在位内膜标本M-CSFR水平分别为33.70±25.97、17.79±5.84,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组子宫内膜标本M-CSFR水平为5.52±2.44,明显低于实验组异位内膜、在位内膜M-CSFR水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:M-CSFR可能参与EMs的发生、发展。
Objective: To detect the expression of macrophage colony stimulating factor receptor (M-CSFR) in endometriosis (EMs) and to explore the role of M-CSFR in the pathogenesis of EMs. Methods: Thirty cases of ectopic endometrium were collected from the experimental group (laparoscopic surgery and postoperative pathology was diagnosed as EMs), 15 cases were located in the endometrium, and 15 cases of non-endometriosis endometrial samples were collected as the control group , Using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection of M-CSFR mRNA content in these specimens to explore the role of M-CSFR in the pathogenesis of EMs. Results: The levels of M-CSFR in eutopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of EMs patients were 33.70 ± 25.97 and 17.79 ± 5.84, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The endometrial specimen M The level of CSF-CSF was 5.52 ± 2.44, which was significantly lower than that of the ectopic endometrium of the experimental group. The level of M-CSFR in eutopic endometrium was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: M-CSFR may be involved in the occurrence and development of EMs.
