采用ANSYS APDL语言建立了煤矿用粉碎机的三维实体模型,采用分块兰索斯法求解得到了粉碎机系统的固有频率和模态振型,发现系统的固有频率和输入级锥齿轮副的转频接近,会发生共振;以轴的几何参数为设计变量,在ANSYS中进行了粉碎机模态优化分析,使系统固有频率成功避开了齿轮副的啮合频率。
