2005年春,学校开始制订了校本研修工作方案,成立了领导机构,从而使学校的校本研修工作有章可循,使全体教师对学校的校本研修工作怎样开展到心中有数。学校成立了校本研修小组,并负责完成下列校本研修任务:(1)精心备课,先说后上,各上好一节研究课,并主持每次的集体评课活动。(2)主持开展每次的集体研究专题的研究、评价、总结。(3)汇报个人专题研究的进展情况。(4)对教师的研修情况做出客
In the spring of 2005, the school started to formulate a school-based training program and set up a leading body so that the school-based training work in the school can be followed, so that all teachers carry out the school-based training work to the heart.
