专利技术的推广、应用随着我国“专利法”的实施越来越受到广大科技人员的重视,在科研项目立项、科研计划下达,新产品的研制中首先应考虑到要了解一下有关的专利技术。我国专利法实施5年的实践已经证明,专利技术促进了我国科技的进步,专利技术创造了巨大的经济、社会效益。本文将部分介绍:国外扬声器专利(美国三篇专利)、国外向中国申请的专利、中国自己申请的专利。
The popularization and application of patented technology With the implementation of the “Patent Law” in our country, more and more people attach importance to the scientific and technological personnel. In the research projects, scientific research plans issued, the development of new products should first take into account to understand the patented technology . The practice of our patent law for five years has proved that patented technology has promoted the progress of science and technology in our country and patented technology has created tremendous economic and social benefits. This article will be part of the introduction: foreign speaker patents (the United States three patents), foreign applications to China for the patent, China’s own patent applications.
