目的:探讨龙鳖胶囊对膝骨关节炎(KOA)大鼠体质量及脏器指数的影响。方法:建立KOA大鼠模型,于造模后开始给予低、中、高剂量龙鳖胶囊(0.3125,0.625,0.9375g/kg)灌胃,连续4周,观察龙鳖胶囊对KOA大鼠体质量及脏器指数的影响。结果:造模后,造模组体质量和胸腺指数低于对照组(P<0.05),而脾脏指数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。给药2周后,龙鳖中剂量组的体质量重于对照组(P<0.05),而龙鳖低、高剂量的体质量与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义;各组之间的脾脏指数差异也不显著;龙鳖低、中、高剂量组的胸腺指数均高于同期造模组(P<0.05)。给药4周后,龙鳖低、中、高剂量的体质量均重于对照组(P<0.05),其中,龙鳖中剂量组又重于龙鳖低、高剂量组(P<0.05);龙鳖低、中、高剂量组的脾脏指数均高于同期对照组(P<0.05);各组组间的胸腺指数比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:龙鳖胶囊能增加KOA大鼠体质量及脾脏指数,使降低的胸腺指数恢复至正常水平,其治疗KOA的作用可能与增强大鼠免疫器官的功能相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Long Tu Capsule on body mass and organ index of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) rats. Methods: KOA rat model was established. There was no significant difference in thymus index among the groups. Conclusion: Long turtle capsule can increase the body mass and spleen index of KOA rats and restore the reduced thymus index to normal level. The treatment of KOA may be related to enhancing the function of immune organs in rats.
