如何加强企业文化建设,培养职工的主人翁意识,凝聚人心,共谋发展,是一个企业发展必须重视和思考的重大课题。文化建设是树立形象、争取地位、凝聚职工的最佳切入点,胜利供水公司的标杆队——河口水厂,几年来的工作充分验证了这一点。供水系统专业化管理以前,河口水厂杂草芦苇丛生、道路坑洼泥泞、设备设施陈旧、管理标准不高。2001年来,他们把文化融入到各项管理工作中,不断探索实施新的管理模式、较好地激发了队伍的学习力和创新力,环境设施、管理水平和经济效益得到了全面提升,实现了以文化力凝聚职工队伍,用文化锻造企业发展灵魂的目标。本文借鉴河口水厂的经验浅谈一下对建设企业文化的看法。
How to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, cultivate employees’ sense of ownership, unite people’s minds, and seek common development is a major issue that must be valued and considered in the development of a company. Cultural construction is the best entry point for establishing an image, striving for status, and agglomerating employees. The Kawaguchi Water Works, a benchmarking team of Shengli Water Supply Company, has fully verified this point in the past few years. Prior to the professional management of the water supply system, the weeds in the estuary water plant had piles of reeds, muddy roads, and outdated facilities and management standards. Since 2001, they have integrated culture into various management tasks, continuously explored and implemented new management models, and better stimulated the team’s learning and innovation capabilities. The environmental facilities, management level, and economic benefits have been fully enhanced and realized. The cultural power unites the workforce and uses the culture to forge the goal of developing the soul of the enterprise. This article learns from the experience of the estuary water plant to talk about the construction of corporate culture.
