2006年年底,浙江省和杭州市的城市科学研究会在“湖畔居”举办了以建设“山水城市”为主题的小型集会。秘书长陈洁行先生是发起人也是主持人,参加人员(依发言先后)有:杭州电视台宋一洲、浙江华睿企划有限公司仲向平、浙江大学严力蛟、交通部科学研究院《运输经济世界》杂志社浙江分社章胜利、古都文化研究会戎玉仲和俞震亭、历史学会丁云川、浙江省科协胡国军和叶序友、杭州市建委董虎、浙江省旅游协会詹世龙、杭州市科技信息研究院沈悦林等近20人。会上,与会者一致认为:山水城市是最佳的人居环境
At the end of 2006, the Urban Science Research Institute of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City held a small rally on the theme of building “Landscape City” at “Lakeside Residence”.
