目的:探讨荧光原位杂交(fluorescencein situ hybridization,FISH)技术早期诊断膀胱尿路上皮癌的可行性和有效性。方法:采用3、7、17号染色体着丝粒探针和9p21区带探针对20例健康成人晨尿脱落细胞及100例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者尿液脱落细胞行FISH,并分析膀胱尿路上皮癌FISH阳性表达的相关因素。结果:100例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者均经病理检查确诊,FISH检测均为阳性,膀胱尿路上皮癌FISH阳性表达在年龄、性别、肿瘤类型方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但病理分级越低FISH阳性突变越高(P<0.01)。结论:FISH对膀胱尿路上皮癌的早期诊断年龄、性别、肿瘤类型有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in the early diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma. METHODS: FISH was performed on urine exfoliated cells from 20 healthy adult patients with morning urine exfoliated cells and 100 patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma using the centromere probes 3,7 and 17 and 9p21 zone probe. Related factors of FISH positive expression in epithelial cancer. Results: 100 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma were confirmed by pathological examination and positive by FISH. The positive expression of FISH in bladder urothelial carcinoma was not statistically significant in age, sex and tumor type (P> 0.05) The lower the pathological grade, the higher the FISH positive mutation (P <0.01). Conclusion: FISH has an important value in the early diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma by age, sex and tumor type.
