我们自1978年以来,用甘油灌肠器(用其抽拔力)吸宫,进行人工流产1000例,收到满意效果.所有病例中,以21～30岁最多(598例);初孕者230例,二胎者194例,三胎者152例,四胎以上者424例.采用此法吸宫的适应症、禁忌症、术前准备,与一般吸宫术相同.操作方法1、甘油灌肠器以10‰新洁尔灭或75%酒精浸泡1小时.2、受术者取膀胱截石位.3、常规消毒会阴部,详做妇科检查,明确子宫大小、位置及附件情况,然后消毒宫颈及阴道.4、扩张宫颈与一般人工流产同.5、扩宫后术者将吸头按在橡皮管上,助手再将橡皮管的另一端按在甘油灌肠器的嘴上.术者将吸头送入宫腔至宫底约0.5～1厘米距离,找准胚胎着床部位,根据宫腔大小,并按孕天数参考附表
