树立不老心 人在平时尽量少想自己的年龄,这种心态会使人感到总是年青,始终保持一颗“不老心”。尤其是老年人应从心理上忘却岁月,这样可使自己青春常驻。“年青化”的心态会促进免疫功能,增强机体活力,从而使人体各器官得到全方位的巩固和提高。老年人大可不必为年龄过大而伤感,应从长寿者的经验中吸收养料,修养身心,乐享天年。同时不妨来个“老来俏”,打扮得漂亮潇洒一些,别人看着有活力,自身感觉也舒心,从而消除“人老珠黄”的心态,有益于身心健康。
