新常态背景下,我国高校成人教育正处于转型的重要窗口期。在转型过程中高校成人教育教师专业化是当前我国高校成人教育发展过程中提出的一个具有重大实践和理论价值的研究课题。专业化已成为高校成人教育教师队伍建设的必然趋势。基于此,本文从高校成人教育教师专业化内涵出发,依据其发展现状及所存在的问题,进而提出一些有针对性的建设和发展策略。
Under the new normal background, adult education in colleges and universities in our country is in an important window of transition. In the process of transformation, the professionalization of adult education teachers in colleges and universities is a research topic with great practical and theoretical value proposed by the current development of adult education in colleges and universities in our country. Specialization has become the inevitable trend of the construction of college adult education teachers. Based on this, starting from the connotation of the professionalization of adult education teachers in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some targeted strategies of construction and development according to its development status and existing problems.
