随着时代的发展,全纳教育已逐渐被列为素质教育的一个重要方面,其宗旨是将所有的儿童、青少年和成年人进行统一的教育和学习。但在我国实际的教育当中,全纳教育由于特教师资的专业性不够,使得特殊学生与普通学生之间不能同时满足课程的需求,特别是在普通班级里的特殊儿童,其特殊的课程要求并不能充分给予满足,从而影响了特殊儿童课程教育。本文基于全纳教育这一大背景下,从特教师资的专业化发展中存在的问题出发,对特教师资专业化的发展前景进行分析,以期能够对我国的特殊教育工作有所裨益。
With the development of the times, inclusive education has gradually been listed as an important aspect of quality education. Its purpose is to provide all children, adolescents and adults with a unified education and study. However, among the actual education in our country, due to the lack of specialization of special education teachers, the inclusive education can not meet the needs of the special education students at the same time, especially the special children in ordinary classes. The special curriculum requirements And can not fully satisfy, thus affecting the education of special children’s courses. This article, based on the background of inclusive education, analyzes the development prospects of special teaching teachers’ specialization from the problems existing in specialization development of special teachers, with a view to the benefit of special education in our country.
