一年来,各地语文教师在党的领导下,积极努力,想出种种办法改进教学,形成了语文教学改革的热潮,工作上取得了很大的成绩。对这些情况,本刊曾作过报道,也发表过一些文章(今年1、2、3月号),为的是及时反映情况,交换意兄,互相启发,共同研究,进一步提高语文教学工作。发表的文章当然不完全是,也不可能完全是成熟的经验。不过,我们没有就所接触到的一些问题及时组织必要的讨论,这是工作上的一个缺点。本刊2月号发表的常州高中语文教研组的《语文教学改革上的一些尝试》,有的教师认为其中提的某些作法是不恰当的。本刊5月号曾发表肖旭同志的《教师任课不固定班级好吗?》现在又发表刘乃益同志的文章,供教师同志们参考。中学语文教学上的一些重要问题,例如中学语文教学的目的任务、讲读教学、作文教学等,都还有待于进一步讨论,希望大家认真研究,继续提高我们的语文教学工作。
In the past year, under the leadership of the party, local language teachers in various places have made active efforts and come up with various measures to improve their teaching and have formed a craze in the reform of Chinese teaching. Great achievements have been made in their work. In these circumstances, we have reported and published some articles (January, February and March this year) in order to reflect the situation in time, exchange ideas, and inspire and study together to further improve the teaching of Chinese. The published articles are, of course, incomplete and impossible to fully mature. However, we did not organize the necessary discussions in time on some of the problems we encountered. This is a flaw in our work. Some of the attempts made by the Changzhou High School Language Teaching and Research Section of the Journal published in February issue of “Some Problems in Chinese Teaching Reform” suggest that some of the suggestions made by these teachers are not appropriate. The publication May issue of Comrade Xiao Xu Comrade Xiao Xu, “Teachers are not fixed classes?” Now published an article by Comrade Liu Naiyi for reference by teachers. Some important issues in Chinese teaching in middle schools, such as the purpose and tasks of Chinese teaching in middle schools, teaching of reading and teaching of compositions, have yet to be further discussed. We hope that all of you will study hard and continue to improve our teaching of Chinese.
