过去的十年间,力量训练有了惊人的进展。曾对力量练习的种种误解渐渐地消除,对这项运动的研究引导我们进入认识的高水平阶段。我们曾为了改善练习方法而努力训练,但还有很多训练被动地维持着原有的错误。伴随着教练和练习技巧上的进展,练习中还有一些基本错误无法屏弃。在训练中可发现这些错误依然存在。造成这些错误存在的原因是: 知识的局限性,对练习内容了解的不透彻,练习的指导性差;练习中的懒散,求之过急等。
Over the past decade, amazing strength training has taken place. All kinds of misunderstandings about the practice of strength have gradually been eliminated, and the study of this sport has led us to a high level of understanding. We have worked hard to improve the practice method, but there is still a lot of training that passively maintains the original mistakes. With the progress of coaching and practice skills, there are some basic mistakes in practice can not be abandoned. In the training can be found in these errors still exist. The reasons for these errors are as follows: the limitations of knowledge, the lack of thorough understanding of the content of the exercises, the poor guidance of the exercises, the laziness in practice, the urgency and so on.
