本文结合地震系统青年科技人才外流的实际情况,在对人才外流对地震科技工作的影响和人才外流的原因进行分析的基础上,提出了吸引人才、稳定地震科技队伍的对策.
Based on the actual situation of the exodus of young scientists and technicians in the earthquake system, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to attract talents and stabilize the team of earthquake science and technology based on the analysis of the impact of brain drain on the earthquake science and technology work and the reasons of brain drain.
