本文结合工作实践,阐述了中小医院临床科研的特点和影响科研工作的因素,提出中小医院科研必须立足于临床,科研与医疗相结合。
Based on the work practice, this paper expounds the characteristics of clinical research in small and medium-sized hospitals and the factors that influence the research work. It is suggested that the research of small and medium-sized hospitals must be based on the combination of clinical research with medical treatment.
