我们在1993年泉州市住宅工程质量检查中,共检查30个住宅单位工程,采用铝合金门窗的工程有11个,采用木门窗的工程有19个。这些工程的门窗部分都不同程度地存在着一些质量问题,这些质量问题不仅影响住户使用上的美观,还影响使用功能,已经成为影响本市住宅工程质量的主要因素。为此,在对受检的30个住宅工程所存在的质量问题调查分析的基础上,我总结了一些切实可行的防治木门窗、铝合金门窗质量通病的措施。
In the quality inspection of residential projects in Quanzhou in 1993, a total of 30 residential units were inspected. There were 11 aluminum alloy doors and windows and 19 wooden doors and windows. There are some quality problems in the doors and windows of these projects to varying degrees. These quality problems not only affect the aesthetic appearance of the households, but also affect the use of functions, and have become the main factors affecting the quality of residential projects in the city. To this end, based on the investigation and analysis of the quality problems in the 30 residential projects under inspection, I have summarized some practical measures to prevent the common quality of wooden doors and windows and aluminum alloy doors and windows.
