随着基层医院管理工作的不断提升,除了提高医疗质量和护理质量外,医院环境的改变也是医院管理的重要内容之一。为了给患者提供更洁净的医疗环境,便于管理,本院的保洁工作由保洁公司承保负责。由于医院的特殊性质,保洁人员也存在着与医务人员相当的职业风险。为了了解保洁人员的职业防护落实情况,减低职业暴露引起的医院感染,本院开展了一次保洁人员锐器伤调查。
