The Infrastructure Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Communications entrusted the Second Navigation Engineering Bureau to hold a technical appraisal meeting on the “Development and Application of Concrete Quick-adhesion and Reinforcing Agent K-801 Glue” in Wuhan from May 14th to 15th, 1985. The 28 representatives of 25 organizations including the Ministry of Construction, Wuhan Municipal Science and Technology Commission, universities and colleges, research institutes, engineering application units, and the first, third, and fourth maritime traffic engineering bureaus participated. Since the capsule was successfully developed in 1980, it has successively served in Kameyama Underground Engineering and City Building Material Machinery Plant in Wuhan City.
