目前,非国有中小企业发展中的金融制约因素严重阻碍了这些企业的健康发展。结合我国实际,我们要加大非国有中小企业的金融支持政策,组建专门金融机构为非国有中小企业的发展提供金融服务;充分发挥财税政策的扶持作用;建设中小企业贷款担保机构,设立中小企业发展互助基金;大胆尝试非国有中小企业上市融资;大力发展民间信用;探索中小企业的风险投资机制。
At present, the financial constraints in the development of non-state-owned SMEs have seriously hindered the healthy development of these enterprises.
