今年是建国四十周年大庆,也是从1979年元月起,企事业及行政单位恢复向工会拨交经费,工会重新独立行使管理经费制度的十周年,本文就工会恢复财务工作十年来取得的成绩和存在的问题,作一简要回顾: 一、工会财力有了大幅度增长 1979年刚恢复工会独立管理经费时,工会财务机构、制度、人员均不够健全,财务工作和工会财力都很薄弱。十年来全国的拨交经费收入1988年比1980年增长1.68倍,平均年增长率为29.8％,平均每年递增11.16％。特别是1985年实行财务改革以后的四年,增长幅度更大,1988年比1984年增长了92％,平均年增
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Since January 1979, enterprises and public administrations have resumed the funds allocation to the trade unions and the tenth anniversary of the unions again exercising the management funding system independently.
