今年6月,攸县县委办公室、组织部联合发出通知,要求县直各机关凡是没有明确专、兼职档案员的,要迅速确定一名政治素质好、事业心强、有一定业务能力的档案员;县团级单位、基层单位较多的行政事业单位和二百人以上的企业单位要配备一名专职档案员;档案员要减少兼职,且兼职应与档案业务相宜;档案人员要稳定,个别确实需要变动的,必须经档案部门同意;档案部门要加强对专、兼职档案员的业务培训,进行定期考核,关建立专门档案。
