本文作者的前期研究(见:中国科学E辑:技术科学,2009,39(10):1631—1634)是将辊式楔横轧机刚度好、占地面积小和板式楔横轧机模具加工简单、成形精度高的优点综合于一体,同时摒弃了辊式楔横轧机模具加工复杂、成形精度差和板式楔横轧机刚度差、占地面积大的缺点,设计了辊压板式复合楔横轧精成形机.由于该机在轧制时上下轧板往复相对滑动,因此必须克服惯性,能量损耗大,当轧制大型工件时,占地面积也大.为了解决上述问题,本文提出了单向连续板式楔横轧机.该机的轧板无需往复滑动,因此其能量利用率和生产效率高,而且具有自动清除氧化皮的优点,特别是它解决了大型轴类件轧制成形的技术难题.
