本文指出网络犯罪是社会危害性极大的一种犯罪,网络犯罪的产生有其主观原因和客观原因。有效防治网络犯罪,应从刑事立法、司法等多方面着手,采用综合治理的方法,方能取得较好的效果。
This article points out that cybercrime is a crime of great social danger. The emergence of cybercrime has its subjective and objective reasons. Effective prevention and treatment of cybercrime should start from the aspects of criminal legislation and judicature, and adopt comprehensive methods to achieve better results.
