在当前地方普通高校向应用技术型高校转型背景下,处于转型发展的此类高校培养会计人才时,应以培养能力为核心,以服务地方经济发展为宗诣。为此,应用技术型普通高校应制定符合转型发展要求的人才培养方案,在教学中注重理论与实践教学相结合、加强与企业对口合作关系、积极开展学科竞赛等方式以实现培养目标。
In the current local colleges and universities to technology-based colleges and universities in the context of transformation, in the transformation and development of such colleges and universities to train accountants, we should cultivate ability as the core, in order to serve the local economic development as his Excellency.
