由于电力供需矛盾日趋缓和 ,大部分电建施工企业施工能力过剩 ,处境越来越困难。为此西北电建企协秘书处于今年 3～ 4月份走访了西北电建企业的几家老牌企业的领导和有关人员 ,在调研的基础上 ,比较全面、深刻地分析了造成目前状况的原因 ,并提出了相应的解决办法。 2 0 0 1年 4月 ,该调研报告在河南洛阳召开的“中国电力建设企业协会第十一次秘书长联席会议”上宣读之后 ,获得与会领导和代表的认同
As the contradiction between the supply and demand of electricity has gradually eased, most of the power construction companies have excess construction capacity and the situation is becoming more and more difficult. To this end, the Northwest Electric Construction Enterprise Association Secretariat visited the leaders and relevant personnel of several old-established companies in the Northwest Electric Power Construction Corporation from March to April this year. Based on the investigation, the causes of the current situation were analyzed in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. And put forward the corresponding solution. In April 2001, this research report was accepted by the leaders and representatives of the participating power stations after they were read out at the 11th Joint Secretary-General Meeting of the China Electric Power Construction Association held in Luoyang, Henan Province.
