潜孔钻头是矿山穿孔中承受多次冲击的易损元件,J200型柱齿钻头所受的冲击功为40公斤·米,以钻头寿命500米计算,冲击次数为5×10~6次。因此,要求钻头体材质既有一定的强度和韧性,又有好的抗疲劳性能和耐磨性。我厂选用35CrMo钢作为钻头体材质。从1972年到1977年,在不断改进设计的同时,对热处理工艺进行了四次改进,试验钻头在攀矿兰尖铁矿试验,平均寿命从90多米上升到682米。钻头体断裂现象大为减少,基本上满足了钻头体对材质的要求。
DTH drill bits are fragile components that are subjected to multiple impacts during the perforation of the mine. The impact energy of the J200-type cylindrical bit is 40 kg · m and the impact times are 5 × 10 ~ 6 times with the bit life of 500 meters. Therefore, the drill bit body requires both material strength and toughness, but also good fatigue resistance and wear resistance. I use 35CrMo steel plant as a drill body material. From 1972 to 1977, four improvements were made to the heat treatment process while continuously improving the design. The pilot bit was tested at the Pangranjian iron ore mine and its average life span rose from 90 meters to 682 meters. Bit body fracture phenomenon is greatly reduced, basically to meet the bit body material requirements.
