采用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术,对39例胶质瘤中阮病毒蛋白(Prionprotein,PrP)的表达进行了定量研究。结果发现,PrP在各级胶质瘤中有不同程度的表达,Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级阳性细胞平均光密度分别为10.0±4.7、21.0±8.8和24.0±8.8,除Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级组间无显著性差异外(P>0.05),Ⅰ-Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级间比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示PrP表达的程度与胶质瘤的分化程度呈负相关。同时对PrP表达的机制进行了探讨。
Immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to quantitatively study the expression of Prion protein (PrP) in 39 gliomas. The results showed that PrP was expressed in different degrees in all grades of gliomas, and the average optical density of I-II grade, grade III, and IV positive cells was 10.0±4.7, 21.0±8.8, and 24.0±8.8, except for no significant difference between grade III and grade IV (P>0.05), there was a significant difference between grade I-II and grade III and IV (P<0). .05).
