研究黄芩甙对艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的免疫调节及对荷瘤小鼠腹水脂加氧酶活性的影响。方法:EAC小鼠腹腔给药,每天1次;采用无色孔雀绿方法测定腹水中的脂加氧酶活性;同时,采用测定血清溶菌酶及T淋巴细胞非特异性酯酶染色法。结果:给药组小鼠的溶菌酶活性及淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)阳性率增加;体内、外艾氏腹水瘤细胞生长受抑制。结论:黄芩甙增强了小鼠的体液和细胞免疫功能,能抑制荷瘤小鼠腹水脂加氧酶活性。抑制艾氏腹水瘤细胞的生长,但无论是在体内还是体外,对生长后期的瘤细胞抑制作用不明显。
To study the effect of Astragalus on immune regulation of Ehrlich ascites tumor mice and the effect of ascitic lipoxygenase activity in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: EAC mice were intraperitoneally administered once a day. The activity of lipoxygenase in ascites was measured by achromatic malachite green method. At the same time, serum lysozyme and nonspecific esterase staining of T lymphocytes were used. RESULTS: The lysozyme activity and lymphocyte acidic non-specific esterase (ANAE) positive rate of the mice in the administration group increased; the growth of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells in vivo and in vitro was inhibited. CONCLUSION: Astragalus enhances the humoral and cellular immune functions of mice and can inhibit the activity of lipoxygenase in ascites in tumor-bearing mice. Inhibition of Ehrlich ascites tumor cell growth, but in vivo or in vitro, the inhibition of tumor cells in the late growth phase is not obvious.
