应用3种羊抗鼠单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法检测42例急性白血病患者外周血中 T 淋巴细胞亚群的百分值,总 T 细胞40.98±18.40,T 辅助细胞为21.26±11.71,2者比对照组明显减低。T 抑制细胞为23.40±14.49,T 辅助细胞与 T 抑制细胞的比值为0.91±0.81,虽均低于对照组,但差别不显著。
The percentage of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 42 patients with acute leukemia was detected by indirect immunofluorescence with three kinds of goat anti-mouse monoclonal antibody, the total T cell was 40.98 ± 18.40, T helper cell was 21.26 ± 11.71, The control group was significantly reduced. T suppressor cells was 23.40 ± 14.49, T helper cells and T suppressor cells ratio was 0.91 ± 0.81, although were lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant.
