健康雄性家兔肌注维生素E赋形剂(茶油),经高气压暴露后,均发生严重减压病。实验家兔肌注维生素E,经相同方案的高气压暴露后,除1例外,其余家兔均无异常表现。维生素E预防家兔减压病可能由于阻止或减少了血小板内储存颗粒中5-HT等生物活性物质的释放,从而减轻或防止血管内凝血。
Healthy male rabbits intramuscular injection of vitamin E excipients (tea oil) are severe decompression sickness after exposure to high air pressure. Rabbits injected intramuscularly with vitamin E were exposed to high pressure after the same protocol. Except for 1 exception, none of the other rabbits showed abnormal performance. Vitamin E prevents rabbit decompression sickness may reduce or prevent intravascular coagulation by preventing or reducing the release of bioactive substances such as 5-HT in stored particles in platelets.
