“叙事学”这个术语自1969年茨维坦·托多洛夫第一次提出后,受到了人们的广泛关注,美国当代文艺理论家华莱士·马丁在其1986年出版的《当代叙事理论》一书中开门见山指出:“在过去15年间,叙事理论已经取代小说理论成为文学研究主要关心的论题。”叙事问题,尤其是小说叙事成了人们关注的焦点。各种叙事理论有一个共同的特点,它们侧重探讨叙事的内在机制,对叙事本身的发展规律缺乏一种清晰的梳理,本文另辟蹊径,试图研究小说叙事形成的起源和基础,以便让人们对叙事问题有一个更全面的了解。
The term “narratology” has been widely concerned since Zweitan Todorov first proposed in 1969.
