我局自1979年下半年起开展职工教育工作。三年来,由于党委重视,上下一致,共同努力,取得了初步成绩。在干部培训方面,从1979年下半年至1980年底,我们进行了第一轮(企业管理)培训,共培训干部1,433人,占全局干部总数的83%。从1981年开始转入第二轮(专业定向)培训,已训799人,占干部总数的46%。其中,局干部培训班办11期,培训448人。在工人业务技术培训方面,全局重点抓了养路队长的培训,培训931人,占应训人数的87%。同时,还举办各类工人技术短训
Our bureau has carried out staff education since the second half of 1979.
