随着化疗技术的进展及支持疗法的改进,急性白血病患者生存期已显著延长。因而脑膜白血病的发病率亦逐年增高,国内报告亦渐普遍。我院近一年来收治白血病50例,急性43例,其中完全缓解并在门诊随访者13例。这13例中,有11例进行了脑膜白血病的预防治疗,2例未进行预防治疗。这13例中即有3例发生了脑膜白血病。另有1例复发病人在治疗过程中亦发生了脑膜白血病。现将发生脑膜白血病的几个原因进行探讨,并
With advances in chemotherapy and supportive therapies, the survival of patients with acute leukemia has been significantly prolonged. As a result, the incidence of meningo-leukemia has also been increasing year by year, and domestic reports are also becoming more common. Fifty cases of leukemia were admitted to our hospital in the past year, and 43 cases were acute, of whom 13 were completely relieved and were followed up in the clinic. Of these 13 cases, 11 had prophylactic treatment of leukemia and 2 had not been treated with prophylaxis. Of these 13 cases, 3 had meningoglial disease.
