为了提高糠醛的脱氮能力,把一种自制的成本低、来源广、使用方便的酸性脱氮剂加入到糠醛中,用减二线、减三线及丙烷脱沥青油在小型连续抽提装置上模拟工业生产条件, 进行连续萃取试验. 结果表明, 当酸性助剂的质量分数达到0 .50 % 时,减二线与减三线油的碱氮脱除率达95 % 以上,丙脱油脱氮率达60 % 以上; 酸性助剂的加入不影响精制油的酸值. 该酸性助剂在润滑油糠醛精制的同时,可明显提高脱氮效果
