目的:观察黄芪注射液对肾脏疾病伴血脂异常病人的临床效果。方法:肾脏疾病伴血脂异常者25例,剂量30ml(相当于生药60g),加入250ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程3周。结果:显效8例,有效11例,总有效率为76％。结论:黄芪注射液治疗肾脏疾病伴高脂血症有效而安全。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of astragalus injection on patients with renal disease and dyslipidemia. Methods: 25 cases of renal disease with dyslipidemia, the dose of 30ml (equivalent to crude drug 60g), add 250ml saline intravenous infusion once daily for 3 weeks. Results: 8 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 76%. Conclusion: Astragalus injection for the treatment of renal disease with hyperlipidemia effective and safe.
