为了研究胞浆非特异性肽酶2(CNDP2)在人小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)中的作用,我们检测了29株人SCLC细胞株CNDP2的拷贝数和部分细胞株CNDP2的m RNA表达水平,并构建了CNDP2全长(CPGL)及可变剪切体(CPGL-B)过表达SCLC细胞稳转株,初步分析了CPGL及CPGL-B对SCLC细胞生长和克隆形成的影响。结果表明,SCLC细胞株普遍存在CNDP2基因缺失和CPGL-B的m RNA表达水平降低的现象,CPGL和CPGL-B表达上调可抑制SCLC细胞克隆形成能力。可见,CNDP2在人小细胞肺癌中可能起着抑癌基因的作用。
To investigate the role of cytoplasmic non-specific peptidase 2 (CNDP2) in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), we examined the CNDP2 copy number of 29 human SCLC cell lines and the m RNAs of some cell lines CNDP2 (CPGL-B) overexpressing SCLC cells. The effects of CPGL and CPGL-B on SCLC cell growth and clonogenicity were analyzed. The results showed that the SCLC cell line prevalence of CNDP2 gene deletion and CPGL-B m RNA expression decreased phenomenon, CPGL and CPGL-B expression can inhibit SCLC cell cloning ability. It can be seen that CNDP2 may play a role of tumor suppressor gene in human small cell lung cancer.
