【摘 要】
：
目的:分析运用头五针为主穴治疗失眠的临床疗效及作用机理.方法:选择2017年1月至2018年4月我科门诊的120例失眠患者,均接受头五针为主穴的针刺治疗,逐渐减少到放弃药物使用.

目的:分析运用头五针为主穴治疗失眠的临床疗效及作用机理.方法:选择2017年1月至2018年4月我科门诊的120例失眠患者,均接受头五针为主穴的针刺治疗,逐渐减少到放弃药物使用.结果:痊愈58例,占48.3％;有效50例,占41.7％;无效12例,占10％;总有效率90％.结论:头五针为主穴治疗失眠疗效显著,提高了患者生活质量,减少了药物的使用,值得在临床推广.
