患者女,50岁,汉族,教师,就职于西藏昌都地区文教局。无皮肤外伤史,有与牛马接触史。2月前,病员偶觉下腹部长一蚕豆大小皮下结节,局部红肿,顶端起一小水疱,自觉疼痛并有触压痛。1天后水疱自行破溃并形成一芝麻大小破口,挤压结节后有一稻米粒大小的白色蠕动虫体及少量脓血性分泌物由溃破口排出。3-4天后,局部皮肤红肿消退,结痂愈合。但身体其他部位相继出现数个游走性疼痛性结节,有虫蠕动感,先后排出幼虫7条。自患病以来,自觉乏力,头昏,失眠及四肢麻木等不适。体检:体
