一、前言 稳定器表面的油膜蒸发使迴流区形成附加的气态油气比对火焰稳定性影响很大。如文献[1]提出的两态混气火焰稳定的物理模型。模型中的过程系数,如:稳定器前燃料的预蒸发系数β_1、稳定器表面油珠的收集系数β_2和油膜蒸发系数β_3等很难进行测量。本文利用模拟两态混气的试验模型、运用均匀搅拌反应器的理论。研究油膜蒸发系数随稳定器表面收集燃油量、进气温度和速度变化的规律。

The process coefficients in the model, such as the pre-evaporation coefficient β 1 of the stabilizer fuel, the collection coefficient β 2 of the oil bead on the stabilizer surface and the oil film evaporation coefficient β 3, are very difficult to measure. In this paper, we use the experimental model to simulate two-phase mixed gas and apply the theory of uniform stirring reactor. The law of the evaporation coefficient of oil film with the amount of fuel collected on the surface of the stabilizer and the temperature and velocity of intake air was studied.
