专利制度从产生到现在已经有一百多年的历史,而且随着现代市场经济的发展越来越发挥出其特有的作用。然而,对于中国来说,专利制度还很年轻。在市场机制不怎么健全的情况下,专利制度是不是也能像其在西方世界中那样发挥积极的作用呢?专利制度在中国有没有“水土不服”呢?
The patent system has a history of over one hundred years from its birth to now and has played its unique role more and more with the development of modern market economy. However, for China, the patent system is still young. Can the patent system play an active role as it does in the western world under less sound market mechanisms? Does the patent system have any “acclimatization” in China?
