本工作主要在NOET的合成方面做了一些改进,制备出纯度高、稳定性较好的NOET的钾盐。并探讨了影响99TcmNNOET标记率的相关因素,由此得出最佳标记条件。在此条件下,99TcmNNOET的标记率可稳定在90%以上。
This work mainly made some improvements in the synthesis of NOET to prepare the potassium salt of NOET with high purity and good stability. The factors influencing the labeling rate of 99TcmNNOET were discussed, and the optimal labeling conditions were obtained. Under these conditions, the labeling rate of 99TcmNNOET can be stabilized at above 90%.
